Kelly and Cali Yore have served together in ministry for more than a decade and planted Victory Church with a deep love for Richlands and the surrounding community. Kelly serves as Lead Pastor with a passion to help people discover their God-given purpose, grow in intimacy with Jesus, and learn to live in the love of God. Cali leads Women’s Ministry and Outreach with a heart to see women made whole, renewed, and empowered to walk in God’s purpose for their lives. Together, they have two children, Leo and Penelope. 

Dexter has devoted his life to ministry for more than two decades, serving as a pastor, teacher, and traveling minister. His ministry has taken him to churches, conferences, and college campuses across the country. Today, Dexter serves as Associate Pastor at Victory, bringing decades of ministry experience and a heart to help people grow in their faith and walk with Christ. 

Led by a desire to follow where God was calling him, Quin moved from Michigan to North Carolina to become part of Victory Church. Today, he serves as our Worship and Youth Director, leading our church in worship and investing in the next generation. Quin has a heart to see people encounter God, grow in their faith, and use their gifts to serve His Kingdom. 

Lora, Darby, and Audrey lead Victory Kids together with a shared heart for helping children know Jesus and experience church as a place where they are known, loved, and excited to belong. Together, they create a fun, safe, and faith-filled environment where kids can learn God’s Word, build lasting relationships, and begin developing a faith of their own. 

As the daughter of a pastor, Tracy has spent much of her life serving the local church. She serves Victory as our Church Administrator and is a trusted source of wisdom and counsel to our church family. With a genuine love for people and a steady, nurturing presence, Tracy has become a spiritual mother to many at Victory and an invaluable part of our leadership team. 

Steve serves as an Elder at Victory and brings a steady, servant-hearted presence to our church family. Alongside his wife, Tracy, he has become an important part of the spiritual leadership of Victory. Whether caring for our facilities, leading our production and technology teams, or solving just about anything that needs fixing, Steve faithfully uses his gifts to serve the church and help make ministry happen.
